Upon
arrival at the Children's Program,
you will receive a Parent Packet with the following
included:

NAMETAGS for your child
- PARENT NAMETAG STICKERS
- CHILD SECURITY PROCESS
The packet will include detailed instructions for each item. Please
be prepared to take a moment and read through the info when you arrive.
This will help to insure a positive experience for your child at our
event! |

NEED
YOUR HELP!
We are looking for
volunteers who want to experience this exciting ministry to Children.
We have volunteers all across the United States that sign up a year ahead
to participate with CCI and state how much fun they have! Simply email
or give us a call if you are interested in ministering with us in Texas
for the Children’s Conference at the SBC Convention.

| Registration
Details: The actual cost for this conference is $45 per
child. However, only $20 is required to register
each child. The balance (an additional $25 per child)
is due upon your arrival at the conference. Please note that your $20
deposit is non-refundable!
If you would like
to pay the entire cost at the time of registration, you
may do so using either of our 2 payment options:
- If you are paying
with PayPal, simply enter the full amount when you
pay with PayPal, rather than the deposit. Please also make a note in
the memo field when sending the money that you are paying the full amount,
rather than just the deposit.
- If you wish to
mail a check, select "Print and Mail" and enclose a
check with the total amount, rather than the just the deposit. Please
also make a note in the memo portion of the check that you are paying
the full amount.
If you would like
to pay the $20 deposit only at this time, you will need
to use the check option. PayPal will only process a full payment:
- Select

REFUND
POLICY
In
order to more effectively serve families, we are extending a refund policy
to meet the needs of parents whose children might not be able to attend
our event due to unforeseen circumstances. This policy is as follows:
- If you have registered and paid but are unable to attend for any reason,
please notify us at least 7 days before the start of the convention.
- If you notify us at least 7 days prior, you will be sent a 90% refund
of your registration via check (does not apply to the $20 deposit).
- If you do not notify us at all, or miss the deadline of 7 days before
the conference we will not be able to refund you anything. |

Children's
Conference
Questions about this year's children's conference program can be phoned to Children’s
Conferences International at (317) 409-5326 or e-mailed to nita@childrensconferences.com.
The deadline for enrollment is May 18 and is limited to 400 children.
Parents
wanting to register
their children after
May 18 may inquire
at the first session,
where they will be
registered on-site
on a space-available
basis.
Preschool
Childcare
May
4th is
the postmark deadline. Do
not mail your registration
after that date. Any registration postmarked
after that date will
be returned to you. You
must then bring the registration
and medical forms with
you and your child will
be accepted only if there
is space available. Complete
payment will be due before
the first session for
walk in registration.
