Reservations:
Those needing hotel rooms for the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri, June 11-12, 2002, have four options. This form can be completed then faxed or mailed; OR reservations can be made by phone or through the Internet (see form for details). For best availability and immediate confirmation of hotel assignment, make your reservation by phone or Internet. Faxed or mailed housing requests will take longer to process and your choice of hotels may not be available. All requests are being handled by the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission/SBC Housing Bureau through the Passkey reservation system.

Opening/Closing Dates:
October 1, 2001 is the opening date for reservations. Please do not submit your housing form until October 1 or after. All reservations must be received by the SBC Housing Bureau no later than May 2, 2002. On this date, all unused rooms will be returned to the hotels at possibly higher rates.

Acknowledgements:
The SBC Housing Bureau in St. Louis will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation within 5-10 days of your reservation being processed. Please review all information for accuracy. Note: You will not receive a separate confirmation from your hotel.

Group Housing:
Reservation requests for 25 or more rooms should be made in writing to the SBC Housing Coordinator at the Executive Committee at 901 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN 37203 or via email at lrichmond@sbc.net.

Disabled/Special Needs:
Disabled persons or those with special needs who want assistance in reserving a room may call the SBC Housing Coordinator at the Executive Committee in Nashville, TN at (615) 782-8612 or via email at lrichmond@sbc.net.

Changes/Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations may be made with the SBC Housing Bureau, without penalty, via telephone or Internet until May 2, 2002. Changes and cancellations must be made direct with your confirmed hotel after May 2, 2002. Cancellations made on or after May 2, 2002 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If any reservation is canceled within 72 hours of your arrival date, your total deposit will be forfeited.
