SBC Pastors' ConfereNce Micro-Conferences
The 2026 SBC Pastors’ Conference will feature four specifically designed micro-conferences for the entire church staff. Whether you are a senior pastor or specialize in discipleship, worship, students or kids ministry, there is something for you.
So bring your staff team TOGETHER for a time of equipping and encouragement for the everyone.
Worship
Led by SBC Worship, Shane & Shane, Robbie Seay, The Worship Initiative team and other special guests. Prepare to sing, fellowship, grow and be refreshed as we open the Word together and exalt the name of Jesus in song.
Discipleship
Hosted by Lifeway, this is more than just a gathering—it’s an opportunity to be inspired, equipped, and connect with other church leaders, share ideas, and walk away with actionable steps to strengthen discipleship in your church.
Students
Led by Student Leadership University, this event will equip you with practical strategies for discipling students in today’s culture and is designed to encourage those who serve middle school and high school students as they grow into lifelong disciples.
KidMin
Whether you lead preschoolers, elementary kids, or the whole children’s ministry, this event will encourage, equip, and connect you with other leaders who share your passion for discipling the next generation. Hosted by Lifeway Kids.
Giant Cow & Giant Calf are back for 2026!

Giant Calf will offer childcare for newborns through age 4, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 7-10, 2026.
Ages 5-12
Giant Cow Children’s Ministries is back again to lead the Kid’s Event at the 2026 Annual Meeting and Pastors’ Conference.

June 1-7 will be a week of Kingdom impact as you and your church serve the communities in and around Central Florida.
Many Orlando-area churches will plan an evangelistic outreach the week before the meeting, host an evangelistic one-day event on Saturday, and/or recognize a Harvest Day on Sunday.

The Road to Orlando

Leading up to this June, we will share all the information you need related to Orlando and Central Florida—including tips for those looking to add some vacation time to their trip.
Joining us on the Road to Orlando will be more than a dozen pastors and leaders from Central Florida as well as SBC leaders from across the country.
